Vladimir Vereš

TROMBONE


Vladimir Vereš was born in Belgrade in 1991. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Belgrade in the class of Prof. Aleksandar Benčić and subsequently completed his master’s degree at the Berlin University of the Arts in the class of Prof. Stefan Schulz and Andreas Klein. During his studies in Belgrade, he played as principal trombonist in the RTS Big Band. After arriving in Berlin, he worked with the Magdeburg Philharmonic Orchestra.

 

He regularly performs with the following orchestras: DSO, RSB, Deutsche Oper, Komische Oper, Kammerakademie Potsdam, Staatskapelle Berlin, HR Symphony Orchestra, and the Utopia Orchestra, as well as with chamber music ensembles such as Salaputia Brass, United Berlin, and the Konzerthaus Brass Ensemble. He has performed under the direction of renowned conductors such as Iván Fischer, Christoph Eschenbach, Michael Sanderling, Teodor Currentzis, and Vladimir Jurowski.

 

He is currently employed with the Konzerthaus Orchestra Berlin.
