About the Quintet

The Berlin Brass Quintet is a young ensemble in Europe which mainly works on original compositions.

It was founded in 2012 by students of the Hanns Eisler School of Music Berlin.

Following performances in the Konzerthaus Berlin, in the Elbphilharmonie an in the German Bundestag, the quintet solidified themselves as an ensemble with collective musical goals and understanding.

The variety of nationalities in the ensemble allows for a special musical interaction which reflects itself in their broad collection of repertoire and musical genres.
